Didn't Apollo have anything to say about freezing conditions?

To a point. The water cycle, the cycle of snow formation, atmospheric conditions necessary... It included all of the technical details I would need for any repair or instruction. Anything unnecessary or...risky, was filtered out before the information could be presented to me.

[ her movements falter and she retracts her hands, tucking them against her stomach without lifting her gaze from the snow. ]

I know there's a condition that occurs in the human body when the internal temperature drops too low, and that it's often induced by cold weather. But if I tried to request more information about it, or asked the temperature necessary to induce it... It wasn't pertinent to my function. My tutor would deny the request.

I think it was called...hypothermia?

But why would you want to know the temperature to induce it? Were you hoping to...?

I made plans. Or - I tried to. Any way I could think of to keep the Zeniths from having access to what they needed. Before I realized I'd never get far enough for it to matter.

[ she scoops up some snow, patting it between her hands, idly trying to make it into a square ]

Even basics like getting food or bandaging a wound... I have no idea how to do anything. [ it's said with a measure of frustration. ] I'm useless here.

We could start with wound care. Or setting up some basic traps. I met some women who hunted something called an elk out there, and they said it was more dangerous than they expected.

I know we need to focus on finding out what's going on and escaping, but... I'd like that? We haven't really had the time.

That's fine, it doesn't have to.

[ she crab-shuffles a few inches over and adds her own right next to it. her handwriting is Not Great but w/e w/e

tapping her Focus to take a photo with a proud grin, she sends it to Aloy. ]

Even if it goes away, we still have proof we were here.

[A slow smile, when the photo flips over to her. Aloy wouldn’t have guessed she’d be the one leaving a family moment frozen in time for someone.]

It can be proof for someone.
